Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Onme Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an exchange policy within 7 days of purchase.

Exchange Eligibility:
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition with tags attached and must not have been worn or washed. We do not accept exchanges on final sale items.

How to Initiate an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at onmelifestylee@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to us.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility requirements. If it does, we will process your exchange and send you the new item within 5-7 business days. If the item is not eligible for exchange, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Shipping Costs:
We cover the cost of shipping for the new item being sent to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
